Should you require that the floor be painted before your shoot, kindly advise within 2-3 days.
Sundays and After Hours are charged at 1.5x Rate

Please take note: The photography curve will be checked before and after your shoot to ensure it has been used correctly and remains in good condition. Any damage caused, or additional maintenance required as a result of your booking, will be for your account.

All studio hires include a mandatory R300 paint touch-up fee to keep the curve clean and ready for the next client.

A studio cleaning fee will apply to all full-day bookings, as well as to any shoot with six or more crew members.

Cancellations made within 24 hours (before 9am on the day of collection) will be liable for the full hire fee for the entire Hire Period. Any discount granted in terms of the quotation will be forfeited.

Cancellations made between 72 and 48 hours prior to collection will be liable for 50% of the total hire fee for the Hire Period. Any discount granted in terms of the quotation will be forfeited.

White curve paint touch-up: R200 if required (shoe booties are provided and must be worn on the curve).

Any additional costs relating to equipment rentals, extra services, extended hours, damages, or breakages must be settled on the day via SnapScan, EFT on receipt of invoice, or cash.

Insurance and Liability: Clients are responsible for arranging their own insurance to cover equipment, crew, and any liabilities arising from their activities in the studio. The client is liable for any damage or breakages that occur during their booking period.
